General Information

SHIPPING AND ORDERING

Ava Rogers Jewelry ships from New York using USPS and will include a tracking number. The price of shipping will be determined by the destination and speed that you wish your item to be shipped.

Items that are marked “Ready to ship” will ship within 1-2 business days. For items marked “Made to Order” please allow 2-4 weeks for their creation before they will be shipped out. You will receive an email as soon as the piece is made and ready to ship. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We can issue an exchange on non-custom jewelry that has not been worn and is in perfect condition up to 10 days after you received the item in the mail.

If for any reason you have to return the item because it is defective please contact the shop within 10 days at info@avarogersjewelry.com. Please explain the issue with as much detail as possible and after a review of the case, a refund, credit or exchange can be applied after the item is received. 

If the item was at all custom made it cannot be exchanged or returned.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is returned because it is defective. I recommend that you get insurance for the value of the item when shipping it back and make sure you get a tracking number. The shop is not responsible for lost items and cannot issue a refund if the item is lost or damaged in the mail.

REPAIR

I stand by my work and want you to be satisfied with the piece your getting. I am happy to repair most items that may need it. If the issue is from normal wear and tear or from an accident on your end, I can repair it for a fee which will be determined based on the damage to the jewelry. If the issue is one on my end, like a defective item, the fee will not be applied. Before you send back the item please make sure you contact me at info@avarogersjewelry.com so we can discuss it further.
